Financieel directeur Gosse Boon (1959) heeft besloten per 1 juli 2015 weg te gaan bij Nutreco. Dat heeft het bedrijf woensdag bekend gemaakt.
Het besluit af te treden hangt samen met de overname van Nutreco door SHV Holdings en het feit dat Nutreco per 17 april 2015 van de beurs verdwijnt. Boon wordt per 1 juli 2015 opgevolgd door Jeroen Wakkerman, de huidige CFO van SHV Energy.
Toelichting Gosse Boon
‘In my years as CFO of Nutreco I very much enjoyed the responsibilities related to the specific dynamics of a listed company as well as the overall leadership of the finance function. With Nutreco delisted, these particular responsibilities will cease to exist or change substantially.
